Zinc is necessary for the regulation of insulin and hormones to regulate blood sugar and immune system support. Since it doesn’t naturally occur in the body, it needs to be obtained through food or supplements.

Typically, you can find zinc in foods like meat and fish, shellfish, nuts and seeds, legumes, dairy products, eggs, whole grains, and vegetables (mushrooms, kale, peas, asparagus, and beet greens) along with breakfast cereals and snacks, which are fortified with zinc. Still, you may not be getting enough and might need a supplement.

Zinc liquid supplement can aid in over 200 activities in the body, such as proper assimilation of vitamins and other nutrients, maintenance of body tissues and proteins, and promoting healthy growth and development during pregnancy. Other activities include DNA synthesis, maintaining a healthy immune and reproductive system, and wound healing from its antioxidant properties. It is a key part of approximately 100 enzymes.

Zinc may be necessary for assisting in a healthy sense of taste and smell. One of the enzymes present in your body for these senses to work out properly is dependent upon zinc, and an insufficient amount may reduce your ability to taste and smell.

It can also be a great immune system booster and can sometimes be found in nasal sprays, lozenges, and cold remedies. Zinc can help stimulate certain immune system cells and help reduce oxidative stress.

The recommended daily intake of zinc is 8 milligrams (mg) for women and 11 mg for men.

In processing, FDA & GMP guidelines are observed and strictly followed.
