The Continental US has an average shipping range of 3-5 business days. If you are in the Continental US and have not received your item/items within 10 business days let us know immediately so we can locate it for you. If the package is showing delivered to your address provided but you say it has not been received then that is then a shipping issue and you will need to address that with them. We will be happy to provide any tracking numbers or information necessary for you to file a claim with them.


These can be cancelled at any time by the customer through the email link that is sent after setting it up or an email to notify you your order was placed and this is the fastest way to ensure your order is cancelled. Any order that is on auto shipment and a request to cancel is sent via email, phone call or text to the company may not always be processed immediately. We will reach out and let you know we have received your cancellation request and to verify you do want to cancel before we cancel the subscription. We will be happy to issue a refund for the product as per our return guidelines. If you would like to adjust your product or product quantity that you get on auto ship please reach out via email, call or text and we will be happy to assist you and reach out to clarify we get you exactly what you need. 


We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item has shipped for you to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with seals still intact and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please provide your first and last name along with the order number and contact us at If your return is accepted, you will then receive further instructions on where to send the item. All return shipping is at the buyers expense and any initial shipping costs will not be refunded. Once we receive the item we can then issue the refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact immediately.
